Greenbuild Conference Planning

For Wildwood, the week long Greenbuild Conference was a year long effort.

In February, the US Green Building Council handpicked 55 people to serve on the host planning committee.  They selected Wildwood’s Principal, Joseph Monte, to sit on the tour committee.  Every month, the committee met to review potential sites and curate the tour menu for attendees.  The final list was a cross section of the amazing LEED projects in Los Angeles.

The November conference was the culmination of USGBC, host committee, sponsor, vendor and speaker planning efforts.  Thousands attended roundtable talks, expert presentations and tours at Greenbuild 2025.  The buzz about a mature green building industry heading into 2026 with the fifth version of LEED permeated the convention halls.

New York will soon take the baton from the LA host committee and start planning Greenbuild 2026!
